Project management and coordination, quality assurance and evaluation

This WP is linked to all Specific Objectives and aims to guarantee the efficient and effective management of the project and the overall control of all activities; to ensure that project results are of the highest quality consistent with project’s standards. The tasks will also determine and evaluate (internally and externally) whether the project planning and implementation are consistent and valid.

Moreover, this WP will assess Partner’s Countries digital hardware, suggest a modernisation plan and review IT infrastructures and software, identifying needs in terms of equipment. The Vietnamese PPs, who are newcomers to the CBHE programme, requested PAL to take on additional management responsibilities in view of their inexperience and unfamiliarity with deliverables and reporting (reports, internal evaluation, questionnaire drafting, documents preparation, etc.).

Identify international models and best practices

This WP identifies international models and best previous practices for music HEIs in IT-based learning solution, cyber and distance performances, and new pedagogical models. The research will examine partner’s ongoing and finished projects, best practices, guidelines, manuals and studies with special focus on other pre-existing music courses in EU Universities. This WP is linked to all Specific Objectives since the crucial aim of WP2 is to deepen the knowledge on the needs of the following target groups: HE students, teachers, staff, technicians and NGOs and Creative industries, so as to define the contents of the topics to be included in the MOOC, training activities and MUSICHATHON Lab.

The Vietnamese PP DNU demanded more support and asked the coordinator to establish the terms, timing and modalities of the research, due to the linguistic difficulties and cultural differences that can be recorded in the state of the art, not least a certain and understandable difficulty for them to immediately appropriate the linguistic and conceptual sectoriality of the research terms.
